I'm tired just reading about your exercise regime. Your children are adorable. Enjoy every moment; they grow up so fast. You have a gift; I particularly like the hats.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8101028800995433163.post-29794036516321171632011-12-28T10:18:14.708-08:002011-12-28T10:18:14.708-08:00(((Hugs))) Praying for January!!!!

Cannot wait for your MD ...What a wonderful update! Cannot wait for your MD appt. at the end of January Cindy. Cortisol will mess with you big time...normally and then with "D" in the mix ~ OY! On the exercise front do what you can, stay consistent, and I think things will be easier once you get the hormone picture clarified and initiate a plan of action. I just started playing hockey (well a few months ago)...got P90X 2 for Christmas ... and am back to running ... I so wish we lived closer. I would love to work out with you. The pix of the kids are ADORABLE. Love to you and the fam. I have missed you. xoAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00895126112651188056noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8101028800995433163.post-82919318197741324672011-12-27T00:57:19.451-08:002011-12-27T00:57:19.451-08:00Hello there! Not too long ago we figured out that TJ's weight loss (EXTREME!) and sluggishness was due to another hormone imbalance and now that it is evened out he's doing soooo much better and well, we all are. It makes a world of difference when you don't feel like you need to nap all the time, so I hope for your sake that the docs have answers that are easy fixes :) As for exercise and the rest it will come, all with time! Enjoy the rest of your holidays.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03210820513382353417noreply@blogger.com
